Review Tulsi Developers , Blu Rain water front villas

Even though living abroad for quite a while, everybody has the dream of having an own house that can be called as home in their native place. Me and my wife have started the journey by searching different construction projects in and around Kochi, Kerala, India.

Our criteria were as following

  • A villa with modern amenities
  • Gated community
  • Not too many villas, but should have a good amount of free area within the location
  • A strict budget in mind
  • Within 15 KM radius from the Kochi international airport
  • Easy access from the main road
  • A quite place but within reach of the city
  • A house near the river

When we were in Kerala in previous time, we have visited many properties and builders, but we couldn't find a place that fulfill all these criteria. So the search was on until recently my better-half landed on their website found Tulsi developer's water front villas called Blu Rain situated at Aluva. After the internal convincing session between us, finally she got in touch with the developers. One of the key fact which made the difference was their sales person. He was very pro-active in giving us the right information without focusing just on the sales aspects.

The next step was to send my cousins to scout the area, see the location of the villa we were looking, view towards the Periyar river and the construction quality of the buildings currently getting build. They could also check the model viila on the site. With the positive feedback from them on the location and quality of the work, the next step is to finalize the details and the cost of the house.

The communication was faster and we could move things from distance including the internal design of the house, extended area and of course the negotiation regarding the cost:-).

Now here we are, committed to another house at Tulsi Developers, Blu Rain water front villa.

After making our intial booking payments, we are looking forward the registration and starting the construction.
